Steven Holland
Founder and CEO
Steven Holland, originally from Cheshire in the northwest of England, embarked on his military journey in 2004, inspired and emboldened by the tragic events of 9/11. Over a distinguished 20-year career, he has excelled in combat, security, and humanitarian operations across various regions including Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Gaza, Israel, Palestine, Africa, and Northern Ireland.
In 2022, Steven transitioned to frontline journalism for CNN during the war in Ukraine, where he played a vital role in ensuring the safety and logistical movement of journalists in a conflict zone. Most recently, in March 2025, he deployed to Gaza as the International Security Manager for World Central Kitchen, overseeing the security and safety of over 2,000 individuals while coordinating essential logistical efforts to deliver food to those in need.
Steven emphasises the invaluable skills gleaned from his military experience, including integrity, adaptability, and the capacity to assess calculated risks. His work reflects not only a professional commitment but also a profound passion for defence and security, humanitarian and media efforts, aimed at making a positive impact on the lives of others.
